A total of 44 participants signed up for the Reebok Fitness Camp that was held in two different locations around Kuala Lumpur. The Saturday session took place at Taman Rekreasi Bukit Jalil and the Sunday session was held at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa. The camp commenced for 4 weeks in a row.
On the 5th week, 10 participants(5 men and 5 women) from each session were chosen to compete with each other in the Finals, that was held in Taman Rekreasi Bukit Jalil.
